Shine Smartly won more than $60,000 in the cowhorse show arena, she was second at the World's Greatest Horseman contest two years ago, where I was blown away with this mare's athletic ability to stop, turn, and cut a cow. I tried to buy Duke's mother, but the owners did not want to sell her, so the next best thing was to lease two embryos out of this outstanding mare - Duke was one of them and Kit is the other.
