Great Horse Training Tool
|
| by Stephan from Brandon, Mississippi |
| I bought one of these when I started the program and it still looks just as good as it did when i bought it. These are extremely sturdy.
If you are trying to use Clintons methods without one of these it is not a good idea. The handy stick has helped me make leaps and bounds with my horse. |
Great!

| I love the structure of the handy stick; strong, durable, good reach and excellent tool for training and desensitizing. Great product. |
The best training tool I own
|

| I bought my handystick about 5 years ago. It has been stepped on, left in the rain and sun and is still in great shape. It really helps when training, by keeping you a safe distance from the horse and yet still teaching the horse to follow your cues for an excersize. |
Best Training Item you will ever own

| I bought this stick after watching Clinton working with his horses. I LOVE this training item. It is like having a third arm. |
Helpful and effective tool

| I got a handystick w/ string at Clintons tourstop this past February in Fort Collins, CO. When I got home I wasnt sure that I had made a smart purchase; afterall its just a stick right? Did I get gimmicked?? Not in the least. More than 6 months later I call it my Magic Wand! It is true to its title and is very handy; its a great length. I would suggest that everyone following Clintons program should get one. |
Save an injury!

| We feel this is a tool that will help keep us from getting hurt. We have seen people hit in the leg and hand while lungeing because they didn't have a stick to whack the horse with when horse got too close. With a new horse, I used it daily, holding it beside horses head while I led from pasture to pasture to gain horses respect. It is an important tool for safety. We also have seen the results of desensitizing with it. We have several and believe totally in training with the handy stick and string. It goes with the horses in the trailer, and you never know when you might need it. |
Love it!

| The Downunder Handy-Stick is the best training tool I could own. It has helped me get my disrespectful mare listening to me and respecting my space. And its sturdy and gets the job done! |
Couldnt have done it without it!

| When using the stick and string on groundwork, personal space and lungeing for respect I and II, this tool is a life saver. It helps build my confidence and in turn my horse learns to respect me. And that is what it is all about. |
The Best of the Best

| I have used several different, cheaper handy sticks, and although they did the job, I wasnt in love. Finally, I decided to buy the stick. Now, Im more than in love, Im head over heels! It is so perfectly weighted so that as I work with my horse, the horse doesnt just think that it is an extension on my arm, I do too! I will never, ever go back. Thank you so much Clinton for making such quality products. |
Worth its weight in gold!

| I purchased the Handy Stick and I love it. This was the only stick that would keep my colt from crowding me. It also taught him to longe, something I couldnt do since he was always so close. When my colt stepped on it and I saw it bend, I thought, Great, Ill have to order another, but there wasnt a mark or flex in the stick. Amazing! |
Quality item

| The Handy Stick and string are a high quality item that withstand the use that is necessary to use it properly. The rubber tip is the best in the business for use with a plastic bag, the string, or just used on its own. The fact that it is replaceable guarantees that your stick will last for a long time unlike other cheaper products on the market. I woul highly recommend this product - very essential tool |
Best Choice

| Clintons Handy Stick and String are the best of their type. I have tried other stick and strings, and this one is much sturdier than any other one Ive tried. This one doesnt bend and the string is easy to put on and take off in order to use them separately or together. You cant go wrong with this product! Besides, they come in a variety of colors. |

| I am a frugal shopper. I try to find the best quality product for the price I can afford. I love my Handy Stick and String. Not only Is it a well build Stick but it is a valuable tool I use while training my horses. It has taught me how to use pressure correctly. I love using it as an extension of my arm because Im kind of short. The string is also wonderful for all of my crazy desensitizing ideas! I have had my stick for 5 years now and It still works great. Thank you Downunder Horsemanship. |
Once Again Dad Was Right
|
| by Stacy from Caddo, OK |
| When I got my horse after taking a break to have kids the first thing I did was call my dad. He told me about CA and I Tivo every episode now. For an early Christmas present I got the Handy Stick and Sting in the mail from Dad. Once again he was right and every time I go in the pasture I have it with me. It has saved me from getting run over by disrespectful horses and done wonders for my mare. Thanks for a great product |
