Downunder Horsemanship Challenge

This month’s No Worries Club video features an exciting competition that is filled with great training tips. In 2016, we held a DUH Challenge at the ranch in which three horsemen were nominated by their Method meet-up groups to participate. Shannon Pigott from the Magnificent 7 and her horse Tippy, Wendell Weber from the Mich-a-Roos and his horse Bones, and Kellye Tuxen from the Downunder Posse and her horse Rio went head-to-head as Clinton threw out a variety of challenges for them and their horses to complete.

Throughout the DUH Challenge, Clinton tested the horsemen’s groundwork and riding abilities in the arena as well as their skills working over obstacles. At the end of the competition, one horseman was crowned the DUH Challenge winner and took home bragging rights for their group as well as a lineup of phenomenal prizes. Sit back and enjoy the groundwork portion of the competition. We’re sure you’ll pick up some tips to improve the partnership you have with your horse!

Watch the video now on the No Worries Club website or on the Downunder Horsemanship app.
